His conditions include Spastic Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy and Anti-Thrombin3 Deficiency(blood clotting disorder)that has caused 2 strokes. He cannot walk or talk, see, sit up or eat. He is fed and medicated through a Portacath and G/J tube. He is Trach and Ventilator Dependent.
